Next Friday, the 5th of March, the Centro Português de Fundações (CPF) (Portuguese Centre for Foundations - PCF) is hosting a seminar entitled “The Legal and Fiscal Frameworks for Portuguese Foundations”.
The legal and fiscal frameworks governing foundations and the fiscal framework governing patronage will be discussed. The VdA speakers will be Fernando Resina da Silva (partner from the TMT - Telecommunications, Media and Information Technologies area), André Pappamikail Branco and Catarina Belim (associates from the Tax area).
This seminar is taking place under the auspices of the protocol, signed by the CPF (PCF) and VdA and is open to all foundations that are members of the Centre. |
